There will be no overtime charges since your access will be limited to 30 hour of use during a given month. If you use 30 hours of service before the month is over, you will not be able to log on again until the first of the new month.

Payments are due by the 20th of the month. Accounts not paid in full by the 25th of the month will be inaccessible to you until all fees owed are paid.

Our service is billed on a month-to-month basis. We do not pro-rate nor refund any overpayments.
Annual pre-pay option is non-refundable.

Package Changes
If you wish to change your account/package, please contact our billing office at 1-888-857-5080. Any account/package changes need to be requested before the 1st of the month.
Example: John Smith would like to upgrade to the unlimited package for the month of June. As long as John calls us before June 1st, his request can be processed. If he calls us after June 1st, the change will not be in effect until July 1st.

Payment of Fees
Monthly invoices are mailed on the 1st of every month and payment is due in full by the last day of the month.

Fees and Penalties
Change your username/e-mail address - $10.00
Late fee - $2.50
Returned checks - $30.00

Customers must contact our office to request cancellation of service. Service cancelled after the 1st of the month will still be charged for that month. We do not prorate accounts cancelled after the 1st of the month. Customers are responsible for paying the current month of service if it is after the 1st, plus any past due balance.

Use of Services SEO does not restrict you from any portion of the Internet. All dial-up service plans include an automatic disconnect after an idle period and after an eight-hour continuous single session. Rates, charges, and other terms and conditions of the service are subject to change.
