to delete Spam

1. We have blocked them based on the subject and the message ID.  The problem with this is that stops them for that day and then the sender changes something (Note in this one they added a number of exclamation points after the subject) it renders our attempts useless.
2. We are continuing to attempt to stop this and will be doing so as soon as possible.

Example Header for a recent Spam

the bold text in the header below shows that the Spam came from 56K-002.MaxTNT6.pdq.net [209.144.25.2]
Which means it came from pdq.net and did not originate on bright.net X-Persona: <jbeck>

We identified (and terminated) the account in question
AM Sunday. Unfortunately the user immediately signed up
another account via our signup server. Their information
is bogus, so its becoming a game of cat & mouse. Although
the person is currently locked out of the system, there is
no telling if they may do it again. We are working closely
with the local telco & the authorities on a solution.

sigh. 3rd fraudelently acquired account in as many
days. Unfortunately the user is blocking CLID, so
all I can do is keep terminating these darn things.
